Does the voice agent really sound human?

Most callers do not realise they are talking to software. It uses current voice models with natural pacing and timing, and it copes with being interrupted. The best test is to listen to a recorded call, like the one above.

How does billing work if I go over my minutes?

Each plan includes a set number of talk minutes. If you use more, the extra minutes are billed at your plan rate at the end of the month. You can check your usage at any time, so there are no surprises.

Do I have to use the whole stack?

No. Most clients start with the inbound voice agent and add outbound, text or automation later. It is the same system underneath, so adding a piece is quick.

Can you build something custom, like a site or an app?

Yes. On top of the standard agents we take on custom work, including internal AI tools, automations, websites and mobile apps. If a ready made agent does not fit, we scope and build the thing that does.

What happens when an agent does not know something?

You set the fallback. It can take a message, book a callback, or put the call straight through to a person. It will not guess or leave the caller hanging.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. We forward your current number to the agent, so nothing changes for the people calling you.
